Marlaina Williford
Vice President of Operations
Marlaina has been with the company since its launch in 2009 and has played a key role in its growth and success. As a seasoned business owner with more than a dozen years of experience, she oversees all financial decisions, out-of-state bookings, travel logistics, and ensures that we only and always use state-of-the-art equipment.

Dee Jay Polo
The world-famous “incredible Dee Jay Polo” is our producer and staff DJ. With over 20 years of experience as a tour DJ for several major hip hop acts, Polo has been hailed by DJ Krazy T as the hottest DJ in the Carolinas. He can be found on weekdays at 12 noon on Old School 105.3 in Charlotte, NC.
DJ Shogun
DJ Shogun is a modern-day Samurai with a mission to seek out parties and keep them hot. This Queens, NY native is an International club mixologist who has blessed many venues with his presence. Dazzling eclectic crowds in the trendiest clubs for events like MYC’s Video Music Award after-parties, NBA All-Star Weekend, Rock Fashion Week Miami, to spinning records at the Michael Jordan Celebrity Golf Invitationals in Atlantis, Bahamas, Shogun has proven to be well-versed in various genres such as top 40s, hip-hop, electronic, and rock while systematically catering to any crowd.
In 2012, the Democratic National Convention featured DJ Shogun at Live Nation’s The Fillmore. He has also performed at the Staples Center, UNCF Evening of the Stars & Empower Me Tour, House of Blues, Microsoft, Columbia University, Davidson College, Texas A&M, among other notable universities across the nation. He was also sought out by Red Bull to compete in the high-profile Thre3style competition, where he made several competitive appearances.

Fly Ty
Event Host and Comedian
The ultimate party host, Fly Ty is also known as the people’s host and joins us as an emcee for weddings, events, and concerts. His radio career spans from WPEG Power 98 in Charlotte to KRNB 105.7 Dallas, to KKDA k104 Dallas, back to Charlotte on MY 92.7, OLD SCHOOL 105.3, and currently on V101.9.
Fly Ty is also a comedian and an arena host for the Charlotte Hornets. He is a prominent member of the Charlotte Community and can be found at numerous charity events and weekly ministry and community functions.
Jacinda
Jacinda has over 10 years of media experience and is currently an arena host for the Charlotte Hornets and a freelance reporter for WCCB. With over 10 years as a morning radio host and 5+ years in local news, she is a well-rounded host who can perform in any arena.
Jacinda delivers great energy, exudes excellent communication skills, and is very engaging in any crowd. Whether it’s a set of 22,000 fans or a room of 100 family members, she will make sure great memories are created and that they last a lifetime.

We took in Matt, our resident pianist, keyboard player, and vocalist, after serving as musical director for John P Kee. He is undoubtedly one of the best musicians and producers that Charlotte, NC, has ever seen, with his music degree and 15 years of professional experience.
Matt’s vocal range is both impressive and seductive, and is easily compared to Tank and Tyrese. He has written several original songs and does covers in every genre. With Matt singing at your event, your guests will be swept off their feet, and your wedding day will become extra special.
