Booking and Deposit Policy
Securing your event date requires a confirmed deposit, which means:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your event date.
- A booking is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
- Additional deposits may be required to reserve a specific DJ from our team.
- The final balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the booked event.
Event Duration and Overtime
- Our DJ requires at least a one-hour setup period prior to the event start time.
- Overtime charges apply once the contracted time has ended.
- Any special music requests must be submitted at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
- Planning ahead ensures uninterrupted entertainment.

- Checks are only accepted up to 30 days before the event date.

- Providing adequate protection for outdoor events (weather, coverage, etc.).
- Ensuring the DJ has proper access to the venue for setup.
- Meeting venue requirements to prevent service delivery delays.
